Having bought and sold homes before, both on our own and with other realtors, we were dreading the process of purchasing a home in the Sandusky area. We were referred to Tom Mignano through a family member and agreed to meet with him. Our initial conversations were good and we moved forward with Tom as our realtor. We cannot emphasize enough what a great decision we made. Tom, unlike many realtors we have worked with in the past, was clearly doing everything in his power to look out for our best interest. Our home buying experience lasted almost a year and included several large price range changes and almost 200 homes viewed (Yes, Tom took us to 192 homes, discussed our concerns and adjusted our home search accordingly.). Through it all, Tom was a true professional and helped us weave our way through a tough market. In the end, he found the home of our dreams and closed the deal. I cannot imagine that there are any other realtors who would dedicate so much time and effort to a client. Not only did he take care of us during the home buying process, but since we closed (over a year ago), Tom has always been available to answer questions and provide assistance regarding the home. His in depth knowledge has been a great assistance in insuring that we maintain or improve the value of our home.
